Dr. Nina Savelle-Rocklin is a licensed psychotherapist and psychoanalyst dedicated to helping people transform their lives. She collaborates with clients using an individual approach to create lasting change. She works closely with families and provides referrals to physicians, psychiatrists and dietitians when necessary. Nina offers empathy and understanding, as well as professional and clinical expertise, in the treatment of eating disorders. Hope is a phone call away!
Bio: Dr. Nina Savelle-Rocklin is a licensed psychotherapist whose private practice is located in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area. Nina's personal experience with an eating disorder gives her a unique understanding of what it's like to struggle with this issue, and she knows that recovery is possible. Nina provides empathy and understanding, as well as professional and clinical expertise, in the treatment of eating disorders. She works closely with clients and their families throughout the therapeutic process and provides referrals to physicians, psychiatrists and dieticians.

Nina received her doctorate in Psychoanalysis from Newport Psychoanalytic Institute. She hold a Masters of Arts in Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute, graduating with Honors, and was Co-President of the AEL (Alpha Epsilon Lambda) Honor Society for seven years. She received her B.A. degree from the University of California, Davis. Her article on women and intimacy was published in the Progress Journal, a national psychology publication.

Nina has extensive experience treating eating disorders in adolescents and adults. In addition to her private practice, she held a position as senior staff therapist at an intensive outpatient program for eating disorders. She also completed a three-year internship with Susan Cofsky, Psy.D. in the psychoanalytic treatment of eating disorders.
