I specialize in body/energy work customized to my client's needs drawing upon the many different techniques that I am trained in, from myofascial and deep tissue work to Eden Energy Medicine, Zero Balancing and other techniques as needed.
Zero Balancing: I am Certified in Zero Balancing and find that ZB can really help to deal with a clients toughest challenges in healing.
Eden Energy Medicine: I am a Certified Eden Energy Medicine practitioner and incorporate energy medicine techniques in my work.
I also work with horses and dogs applying the same principals and really enjoy working with both horse and rider. I look at both the horse & rider how they move independently and together to help them achieve a oneness in how they move together.
Education/Training
Bettyann Cernese is Nationally Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and holds licenses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Electrical Engineering, is a graduate of the New England Academy of Therapeutic Sciences; the Jack Meagher Institute of Sportsmassage Therapy and is certified in sportsmassage for both horses and humans.
With 10 years of experience her techniques include sports massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and myofascial release. She also incorporates healing energy techniques such as Reiki, Bioenergy and Zen QiGong. Bettyann has additional training in Acutonics® sound healing, Plant Spirit Medicine and is a Shamballa Reiki Master. She is certified in Zero Balancing® and Eden Energy Medicine.
