Randi Fredricks, Ph.D. Psychotherapist, Researcher, Author
San Jose Counseling and Psychotherapy
My goal as a therapist is to assist people on their personal journey towards peace, freedom and beginning anew. I’m devoted to supporting the courage and growth that can result from collaborative therapy. I offer a safe space and unconditional acceptance on this journey to change.

In addition to being a psychotherapist, I’m a published researcher and best-selling author. Since 1991, I’ve authored pioneering books and studies about communication in relationships and alternative therapies for mental health. My work has been noted in publications all over the world.

My approach to therapy was developed through my extensive education and experience, including a Bachelors in Communication, a Masters and a Ph.D. in Psychology, and a Doctorate in Naturopathy. This multi-disciplinary approach enables me to approach issues from a truly holistic perspective, helping the people I care for to feel better faster and appreciate lasting results. Many people see results in as quickly as the first session.

I do everything I can to make my clients feel comfortable and welcome. My counseling style is distinguished by intuition, compassion and optimism. I provide my patients with the highest quality of confidential treatment in a serene retreat like atmosphere.

Please contact me to learn more about the services I offer. I look forward to talking with you and helping in any way I can.
