An hour goes by too quickly, so enjoy one hour and half of swedish or therapeutic massage or a combination thereof. I also use some craniosacral therapy in my massage. I learned craniosacral first, but then learned I had to be a licensed massage therapist in order to use craniosacral therapy - so I got LMT license.
I do not like to rush through such a relaxing treatment of massage : that's the reason my massages are for an hour and half. This way you don't feel rushed and I am also at ease. The body responds much better and the effects last longer. So come and enjoy it.
I've learned more and more about massage from my practice, from my clients, and from my own needs. I've had 11 years of experience by now and still enjoy it.

Education/Training

I went to school for nursing back in 1992 in Naples, Florida. I also went to massage school in 2005 in Naples, Florida. I am here in New Mexico now for 9 years and I love it, especially the weather.
