My virtual office is in Walnut Creek, California, in proximity to Concord, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette, Orinda, Danville, San Ramon, Martinez, Dublin, and other cities in Contra Costa County and Alameda County. I work with individuals adults and adults seeking to improve family relationships. I have expertise in working with parents. My approach integrates traditional psychotherapy with mind-body techniques, which leads to more effective results than talk therapy alone. These techniques are useful in relieving symptoms of accumulated stress, anxiety, depression, irritability, and trauma.
