We feel one way of accomplishing this is by offering counseling services at very affordable rates. The Difference Between Counseling and Psychotherapy As we work with you we may involve one or both of these approaches depending on the problems and goals you present. We need to remember that insight does not necessarily lead to change. It can provide some relief to understand about why we’re the way we are but it takes creative thinking and action to make changes. The Aim: Transformation by letting go of yesterday, taking action to rethink your ways of thinking to achieve a wonderful change in your life!
