I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who integrates bodywork and mindfulness training with traditional psychotherapy. I empower individuals to improve their quality of life. In my experience, attending to only the mind or only the body is often ineffective. Once learning of the need for balance in healing, I was able to find peace of mind in my own life. My mission is to assist you in achieving the same.
