When a significant person in our life dies, our grief can feel as big as the ocean. Many of us feel lonely and isolated in our grief. Yet experts agree: We are not meant to grieve alone.
A supportive group can be like a lifeboat as we swim through the choppy waves of grief and loss in the aftermath of the death of a loved one. This group series invites you to be seen, heard, and companioned in your loss and to learn about yourself as you journey through grief.
Cost: $400 for the series, due before the first session.
