I am currently in a place in my life where I am having more aged health concerns. I have been VERY low in my energy levels and just really depressed the last 6 months. I would like to do a full body cleanse over 1-3 months to try and get some weight loss going and just be healthier. I am interested in teas and herbals as well as diet.
