Description
Been married 22 yrs& we have an amazing 20 yr old autistic son. My husband is very controlling, abusive and an alcoholic. He quit drinking after our son turned 18 but life has gotten worse. I feel he weaponizes my childhood trauma to control me. I'm tired of feeling crazy, angry, trapped, controlled, paranoid, manipulated and in constant fear. Im tired of feeling like my brain has been hijacked. Tired of doubting myself & trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Please help me or tell who can!
