Aaron Jennings, LMT is a nationally certified and state licensed massage therapist. He received his training in Tampa, FL. Later, Aaron moved to Hot Springs and began working at some of the most prestigious spas in Arkansas. Now, he has brought his unique approach of bodywork to Ruston and northern Louisiana.
Most recently, he has begun an intensive training, with Laura Covington of the Bodhi Tree Learning Center, in Traditional Thai Medicine. The focus of this training is on Traditional Thai Bodywork and Herbal Remedies. Traditional Thai Bodywork is a unique form of massage performed in Thailand for at least the past several centuries. It is an unique experience like none other! The bodywork is performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor. The session takes the client through acupressure, joint mobilization, and passive yoga stretching. It's like having yoga done to you!
Aaron has also received advanced training in Sports and Athletic massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Lomi Lomi, Reiki, and Trigger Point Therapy. More than just relaxation, Aaron offers therapeutic services that are designed from the ground up for your individual concerns, needs and goals. He has been featured in Arkansas' Natural Awakenings, the Ruston Daily Leader and has an article in the June 2010 issue of Living Well.
