Adam Blum, MFT
Do you wonder “Will I ever be happy in relationship?”
Are you lonely, wondering why you are single?
Do the same issues keep coming up in your relationships?
Feeling anxious or depressed?
If you are dealing with these issues, you are not alone. Every day I help clients build better relationships and break free from deeply ingrained patterns. If you long for a healthy relationship that doesn’t constantly cause pain, I can help.
With an interactive and practical approach, I will help you work through your relationship issues. Expanding your ability for self acceptance will be a core focus of our work together. Guiding you on the path to self understanding, I will help you break through the places you are stuck in defeating patterns.
This process will help you improve all of your relationships, including your most important relationship—the relationship you have with you.
My work is informed by my own 22-year long term relationship.
The initial phone consultation is free. I check my confidential voicemail several times daily and will call you back within 24 hours.

Bio
I also offer Couples Counseling.
I can help you and your partner to better communicate and to jumpstart the cycle of goodwill in your relationship. I am skilled in helping couples establish better boundaries, a common issue in most relationships. Many couples need help in saying what is “hard to say”, which can ultimately lead to greater intimacy when shared in the safe environment of couples therapy. Other couples need help in crossing the divide of anger, hurt, and mistrust. I am interested in the expansion of emotional intimacy and have facilitated a psychotherapy group entitled, “Intimacy”.
