My practice is focused on building momentum and setting stage for a dramatic long lasting positive changes through modifying targeted behaviors of individuals and couples. I believe that the goal of therapeutic relationship is to liberate energy trapped by negative emotions associated with unresolved traumas, current problems and long standing patterns and to enhance our enjoyment of life.
With sensitivity, and belief in healing property of the therapeutic process, I help patients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues such us: trauma and PTSD, performance anxiety, creative block, loneliness, alienation and depression, stress, cross cultural issues , fears and phobias.
I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.

I am a psychotherapist specializing in individual psychotherapy helping people to create joyful, meaningful and successful life.
My practice is mostly influenced by work of humanistic psychologist Erich Fromm but I also utilize EMDR, Imago, Acupressure Therapy, REBT,and Logotherapy.
