For many people, their fears negatively affect their relationships, work and health. They don't know how to let go of their worries or they've tried things that only made their problems worse.

If the anxiety you are feeling is interfering with enjoying life, Serenity Solutions can help you find peace and balance. Our work together can benefit you in many ways, including making life a little less stressful. You can learn to:

• improve and enjoy your relationships with family and friends

Serenity Solutions offers a supportive environment where you will feel safe, knowing that you are being heard and understood. We focus on your inner strengths, helping you let go of unhealthy patterns and learn sound techniques to help you relax and feel peaceful.
I have always had a strong desire to help others. Through volunteer work I did with my family, I learned as a child how great it feels to help others. I also learned early on how great it feels to have support during difficult times. Through these life experiences and my education, I believe that my life purpose to be of service to others is being fulfilled as a therapist. I am passionate about my work and love helping others to find peace and balance in their lives. I love seeing the progress that people make when they become aware of the strengths that they have within. Learning how to find serenity in my life has helped me to help others to reach this goal.

I began my journey to become a therapist by obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York in 1997. I then obtained a Masters Degree in Social Work from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania in 2001. Over the years, I have worked in various settings, honing my skills through my work with people struggling with diverse issues and in need of different kinds of help. As the Owner and CEO of Serenity Solutions, I strive to support people to reach their goals to find peace and balance in their lives.
