Named One of the Country's "Top 50 Relationship
Therapists" in "The Complete Marriage Counselor"
I bring a compassionate sense of mindfulness to the therapeutic relationship. I combine psychodynamic styles, to explore one’s past, with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to create changes in the present, and Positive Psychology, to fully access the moment and one’s strengths.
I work with individuals and couples and am truly honored to help facilitate growth and healing in my clients' lives. I love my work and am so rewarded by your strength and ability to experience happiness and wholeness.
