I have been licensed as an MFT since 2001 and have worked in multiple counseling settings. My goal as a therapist is the assist my clients with becoming happier with themselves and their lives. Looking inside at ourselves can be difficult and uncomfortable but the growth that can occur makes it all worth it. I truly enjoy watching my clients gain insight, make changes in their thinking and behaviors and create a better sense of self. Although I worked with children for many years, my forte is seeing clients starting at age 18 and above.
