Phoenix Acupuncture Center specializes in the treatment of infertility, hormonal imbalances, women's health and pregnancy related conditions. Our passion revolves around empowering you to understand how your body works and how your everyday habits like eating and sleeping have a direct impact on your health.

Our holistic fertility program has helped many women get pregnant and stay pregnant. Our goals when working with you are to diagnose what is wrong and directly address the root of the problem. We do this with acupuncture, nutritional supplements, dietary therapy and lifestyle changes.

Education

I am a licensed Doctor of Acupuncture in the state of Rhode Island and a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Hawaii. I graduated from Tai Hsuan Foundation (now known as the World Medicine Institute) in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2001. I am board certified by NCCAOM in both acupuncture and Chinese herbs.

Bio

I have experienced infertility first hand and know what it feels like to want a baby. I also understand the experience of working with Gynecologists and Reproductive Specialists that offer little more than Clomid and IVF as a solution. When I entered acupuncture school, I knew that I wanted to specialize in women's health and gynecology.

One of my mandates as an acupuncturist is to empower my patients to take control of their health. I spend time during each treatment to teach my patients how to take care of their body, mind and spirit. When treating fertility patients, I view my role as a fertility coach. I teach my patients how to read her their fertility signs and how lifestyle changes, improved diet and self treatment can raise sub fertility to full fertility.

One of my first patients was 26 years old and had heavy uterine bleeding for almost a month. Her doctor wanted her to have a hysterectomy. I treated her with acupuncture and herbs and she kept her uterus.
