I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Social Worker in the state of Indiana with my own counseling agency. I specialize in counseling women, children and individuals with anxiety, depression, and other stress related disorders. In addition, I also counsel children with learning disorders and attention deficit disorder as well as a variety of other behavioral difficulties. I am in the process of obtaining my license to become a School Counselor as well. I am also a substitute teacher for Elkhart Community Schools.
My counseling practice is unique in that I provide in-home counseling services to clients as well as at my office. This makes it convenient for clients who may not have the transportation to travel to their therapy sessions. My counseling sessions are very affordable as well. I am accepting new clients so feel free to contact me to shedule an intake appointment.

Bio
I obtained my High School Diploma from Elkhart Central and graduatd from Ball State University with my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Psychology. I earned my first Master's Degree in Education with a major in Counseling in Guidance from Indiana University in 1991. I recently graduated with my second Master's Degree in Social Work from Indiana University in 2008. Iam currently attending on-line classes towards my DSW, (Doctorate of Social Work Degree) from Capella University.
My professional counseling experiences consisted of working as a Family Therapist for four years with Family and Chidren's Center in Mishawaka, IN. I was also employed as a Case Manager.

I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and am in the process of becoming a member of the Indiana School Counseling Association.
