I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who has been practicing psychotherapy since 1994 working with individuals, youth and families in a wide variety of settings including: individual and group private practice; outpatient mental health clinics; psychiatric and med-surgical hospitals; as well as adolescent residential and school settings. I currently offer web-based video/chat, telephonic and text sessions.

Bio
I have over 20 years of experience working with children, teens and adults who are experiencing emotional or behavioral issues including: depression, anxiety, anger management, ADHD, PTSD, substance abuse and addiction, as well as family, relational and LGBT issues.
I received my Master's degree in Counseling from California State University, Long Beach and my Bachelor's degree in Communications from Temple University in Philadelphia. I maintain active licensure in both the states of California, Florida, Texas and Michigan.
