To improve the quality of your life and relationships, to explore your purpose and direction in life, I can guide you on a path to self-fulfillment. You will develop an awareness of the past, learn to live healthier in the present by better managing yourself and your relationships, and focus on planning a more hopeful journey to the future.
I work with individuals, couples, and parents. My specialties are relationship issues, mood disorders, and addiction. If you feel depressed/ anxious, have relationship problems, or not sure about the direction in your life, then don’t wait to make an appointment with me.
I believe in a holistic attitude to mind's wellness and relationships. To achieve this I use different theoretical frameworks from an existential approach to life's problems, to exploring unhealthy behaviors/thoughts, to accepting the "self", and to making changes that can lead to a more fulfilling life.

Bio
My training evolved around chemical dependency, and family relationships with a focus on the parents. Over the past 20 years in my private practice I have worked with individuals and couples with various emotional and relationship issues. In addition to my clinical experience, I have over 20 years of experience as an educator, and career/educational counselor. I have helped individuals with life-planning and goal-setting.
