Short-term treatment with Rapid Resolution Therapy restores you to your happy, healthy life in as few sessions as possible. Most patients see relief in just a session or two. This is a tissue-free therapy with a focus on truth, humor, and wellness.
Specialties include: trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and panic attack, shame and guilt, substance abuse, and motivation.
Groups include: anger management for adults or teens, women's issues, and past-life regression.
Additionally, I see clients who are in or are considering alternative lifestyles, such as swingers, and address the specialized needs of that population.

Autumn utilizes humor, story-telling, metaphor, and a variety of techniques to promote wellness and healing for optimal enjoyment. Her genuine interest and concern are evident, as is her easy-going nature that is sure to put you at ease and back on your path of health and happiness.
Autumn Hahn is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and certified clinical hypnotherapist (CHt). She works with individuals, couples, and groups, as well as writing and conducting corporate training and public seminars. Autumn utilizes Rapid Resolution Therapy in conjunction with cognitive-behavioral techniques to find the best fit for each scenario. She routinely clears adolescents and adults of trauma, anxiety and panic attack, guilt and shame, smoking and substance abuse in just a few sessions.
With a focus on education, Autumn prides herself on being current with literature and sharpening her techniques. She attends three training sessions each month, when only several per year are required. She maintains her status as a Certified Practitioner of Rapid Resolution Treatment and as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Autumn received her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University and is fascinated with people, their stories, their sameness, and wellness.
