PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: My experience spans 25 years in which I have worked as a Program Coordinator for an Intensive Outpatient program (addictions). Supervised and trained staff and interns (community residential and social service agencies). Evaluated mental health & substance abuse treatment services as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Provided onsite EAP services for air traffic controllers. Developed behavioral treatment plans for clients in outpatient and inpatient treatment settings. Facilitated various treatment groups. Provided evaluations, reports and recommendations to the Court. Interviewed, assessed, diagnosed and provided treatment for clients who presented with a wide range of life challenges.
