My clinical work has focused on providing service for adults with an emphasis on individuals with chronic health conditions such as chronic pain and cancer; as well as healthy individuals suffering with anxiety or depression. I tend to intergrate a variety of skills based approaches into my therapy Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, biofeedback, and neurofeedback. When I work with clients, I create a collaborative environment where you are working together to find your strengths, build new skills, and return to coping methods that have been under utilized. My goal is to help my clients develop confidence in themselves as they continue to live and move forward. My view of a successful therapy is when a client has learned the tools to the best of their ability and feels confident as they move forward with their life.
