Bella Fitness is not a franchise or impersonal health club. We offer private, semi-private and group fitness classes. We'll come to your home or office, or you can come to us. We have a team of caring and skilled personal trainers to help you get to the next level with your fitness goals. We deal with kids to seniors and enjoy helping all of them reach what ever their individual goals may be.
At Bella Fitness, our trainers establish a relationship with our clients. This allows us to create a very personalized program of lifestyle health, one that will work. By understanding our clients’ particular issues, we are able to develop individualized plans to reach their fitness goals.
We don’t focus on how much you can bench press or how many push-ups you can do in a minute. Our coaching methods are supportive and encouraging, not intimidating. We base our success on our clients’ success.
So whether you are out of shape, struggle with weight loss, or simply find it difficult to keep up a fitness routine, Bella Fitness can help.

Bio
Marc
I hold a BA in Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have an article on health and nutrition published in the Santa Barbara Independent. I have completed several half marathons, 10k races, and Olympic triathlons. My biggest accomplishments have been placing third in my age group in two 10k races and finishing my first Ironman triathlon.
All of health and wellness is important to me and in my work as a personal trainer. Sleep, rest and recovery are just as important as training specifically and in challenging ways to promote growth and adaptation. Food and nutrition are of paramount importance; from our moods, to our level of energy and health, to refueling and rejuvenating our muscles and body. I don’t use cookie cutters with my clients and their workouts; each client has individual and unique characteristics and needs and I observe and address these. Ultimately, my job is to make sure my clients are taking care of themselves in the best ways possible with the latest research and information in health and wellness. I love what I do, and I love seeing my clients reach their goals, accomplish exercises they never dreamed or thought possible, lose weight, and just feel better with greater self-esteem.
