Hello! My name is Beth. I bring my caring and compassionate personality to each client session whether I am providing psychotherapy, family mediation, educational consultation, custody evaluations, or coaching.
Meeting weekly with clients in my office provides a sense of structure, feedback, and connection encouraging a desire for positive and effective change.
In my private practice, I am devoted to assisting children, teens, adults, parents, families, couples, & individuals navigate through life’s various challenges. By building a trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients, I provide support, guidance, coaching, and motivation channel our energy towards success in a safe place; whether you're in my office, on the phone, or using webcams on-line!
To meet the on-line therapy needs of clients who reside outside the state of California, I utilize webcam technology to provide Life & Parenting Coaching strategies within my scope of practice as a Life Coach and Parenting Coach.
I work with each client to develop a plan specific to their needs. We may focus on building self-worth through positive social interactions; embracing more effective parenting strategies; creating successful relationships; navigating through grief and loss; tackling educational & motivational concerns; exploring personal challenges & transitions; restoring family communication; and considering making behavioral changes.
