Brooke Schmidt MA, LMFT, Relationship Therapist
Has your relationship been struggling?
It doesn't have to be that way. Let me help you.
Is your marriage not what you expected? Do you find that you are frequently frustrated with your significant other? Do you need a change? Perhaps there has been an affair? Or you feel like you can't decide whether to leave or stay. I believe that therapy can be life changing. And, who doesn't want to make a few changes for the better?! I want to know that what I am doing is effective, which is why I like to keep up to date with current research and treatment modalities. I love working with couples and individuals who are feeling anxious and stressed out about their relationships.

Bio
I am probably not your stereotypical therapist. I believe my clients would describe me as personable, interactive, and fun. I find that even though some of the things we talk about can be very painful and difficult, there is still some humor and lightheartedness in our sessions. My clients are fun, intuitive, and awesome people who are feeling stuck and want to make some changes in their life and relationships.
I know that therapy can be difficult, and I want you to feel comfortable. I offer an environment where you are invited to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while we figure out how to alleviate the anxiety and stress that life threw at you.
I love working with couples and individuals who are feeling stressed about what to do with their relationships. Whether you want to see me individually or with your significant other, my goal is to help you overcome communication barriers and any obstacles that are getting in the way.
