The Center for Psychological Wellness provides an environment where people come for support and direction for a number of issues that cause distress and pain. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues or distressing experiences from the past that still effect you in the present , the Center is the place for you.

The experienced therapists that practice at the Center, use a variety of effective modalities to help individuals, and couples to cope with the stressors that lead to dysfunctional behavior and painful emotions. New coping strategies are learned by clients to improve the areas in life in which one may feel stuck. Dara Mastro is a Licensed Professional Counselor with many years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups in both a community mental health organization and private practice.Her diverse experience makes it possible for Dara to direct clients with multiple issues. With a specialty in anxiety disorders and mood disorders, Dara has effectively guided clients to a fuller understanding of their issues/concerns, and helps make possible a client's willingness to change the distorted thinking and behaviors that hinder optimal happiness. When thinking is changed for the better, behavior changes for the better. One does not have to suffer from the painful events of the past. Stop being stuck.
