I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC 47918). I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. My general practice includes working with people with goals to reduce depression and high stress. My emphasis is on relational patterns, and I focus on healthy and direct communication. My treatment approach includes support for increased awareness of self and others, insight into behaviors, thoughts, and emotions, and resolution and healing from trauma and pain. My intention is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathic environment utilizing psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and family systems approaches.
