DCOMPRESS DOWNTOWN offers a variety of services that range from Prenatal Massage for the mommy to be, to Deep Tissue Massage for chronic pain management.

My goal is to educate you about the true power bodywork can have when done on a regular basis with a clear purpose in mind. I want you to start thinking of massage, not only as a treat for your birthday or anniversary, but as an integral part of your health maintenance plan.

Bio
I graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 2001 before moving to Berlin, Germany to teach English. After living abroad for over a year and spending the summer backpacking around Europe, I returned to the states and began studying massage at San Diego’s Mueller College of Holistic Studies. It was here that I was able to combine my love for education with my desire to help people.

After working the past few years for some of San Diego’s high-end spas, I decided that I wanted to explore the long-term benefits of therapeutic massage. By focusing my attention on the local community, I’ve been fortunate enough to develop lasting relationships with people that I’m able to see over and over again.

Building these relationships and witnessing the physical and emotional improvements in my clients is why I continue to do what I do. I truly believe in the healing power of massage, especially when done regularly. My goal is to make it convenient and affordable so that it will become an integral part of your healthy lifestyle!
