I focus on three primary methods in attempting to help clients: Psychological evaluations, Therapeutic counseling, and short term Consultations.

My therapeutic purpose is to help you define your goals in a manner that allows you to reach them with an active positive ‘here and now’ experience. The primary therapeutic techniques in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I specialize treatment of Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and other disabilities. When working with families changing how members interact and communicate with each other is a fundamental key to encourage children to grow and reach their potential. Psychological evaluations can be needed for a variety of reasons and I have conducted them as part of an assessment for learning disabilities, medical/surgical requirements, and documentation of hardship letters. Consultations are done when an important, but brief, question arises and additional professional feedback is sought.
