| Hi, my name is Debbie. I am a Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, Nutritional counselor, & your Boot Camp Sargeant. I welcome you to this awesome journey toward your fitness goal! A word I hear often is "I can't! Rarely do we ever hear, YES I CAN! Whether you think you can or you can't... your right!!! Nothing pleases me more than to teach fitness and I take a strong interest in anyone who can step up to the plate and take charge of their health!! No matter what kind of physical condition you are in, YOU CAN DO THIS!! Boot Camp Academy 101 is just the ticket if your looking to shed some serious poundage and do some serious toning up! With that you will become stronger, obtain better cardiovascular endurance, have more energy, run faster, jump higher, become more flexible and have a sense of overall wellness. It is designed for any fitness level so, again, YOU CAN DO THIS!! Modifications are shown to ensure safety and completion of the camp. Form is crucial so I will be watchin' you! Anyone can set a goal, but it takes preparation and planning to see it through to the end and I WILL hold you accountable. You won't be in this alone either as I offer telephone and e-mail support and encourage anyone with questions to write or call. So, what are you waiting for? | I bring to you over 2 decades of experience in fitness knowledge, nutrition, strength training, weight loss, body mechanics, cardiovascular training, flexibility techniques, fitness assessment and program design. I began my journey in 1981 at home after my last child.. I was able to change my pear shape into a more symmetrical one through proper weight training and an amazing nutritional plan! The transformation was amazing!! I competed in bodybuilding from l986 to l993 and currently hold 17 titles. I relied strictly on nutrition and gut bustin' workouts for that winning physique. I hung up my posing suit in l993 and focused more on helping others through personal training. During l986 and 2008 I became certified through 4 different nationwide organizations; NASM, AFAA, IDEA, & ACE and am currently CPR certified. I have coached thousands of women and men and seen some dramatic results. I've trained athletes, housewives, soccer players, office workers, tennis players, pageant contestants, golfers, couch potatoes, models, football players, cheerleaders, marathon runners, sprinters and more! Whatever your goal may be, You can make it happen!! It's all about focus and desire to want it! |
