I am nationally certified and licensed in Kentucky & Illinois. My qualifications: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Muscle Energy Techniques, Sports Massage & Median Nerve Entrapment. Currently studying Orthopedic Assessment & Myoskeletal Alignment for my continuing education requirements.

We lived in Fort Knox, KY from 2006 - 2010 and moved to Fort Irwin, CA in January. I left a successful practice in Fort Irwin, CA and MCLB to move back to Illinois since my husband has retired from 22 years of service to our country. I'm a retired Army wife to SFC Ted Troemel, OPS Group, Dragon Team. I have 2 sons: 16 years old and 4 years old.
