Tyler Hinds, Psy.D. MFT
It is only human to feel depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, and confused at some point in life. It is when life becomes unmanageable because of these reactions, one finds himself/herself seeking therapy. In my years of experience I have been helping people combat depression and anxiety, be able to take risks through gaining self-confidence, become more successful and feel more fulfilled in their careers, and obtain the self-knowledge that leads to healthier, stronger and more satisfying relationships. My practice consists of Individual, Couples, and Family sessions consisting of but not limited to All Ages, Genders, Races, Ethnicity, Sexual Orientations, Spiritual Beliefs. Are you feeling like something is wrong and you can’t define what it is but you know something is not right? What can you do? I invite you to call me. By setting up an appointment you are affirming to yourself there is help, and making a positive action that will bring you relief. My offices are conveniently located in Newport Beach and Mission Viejo.
