My clinical and research interests include individual therapy, relaxation training, biofeedback, health psychology, behavioral medicine, interdisciplinary treatment of chronic pain, and treatment of individuals with health issues, and psychological support of individuals with vision loss. I have extensive experience in treating individuals with chronic pain, headaches, stress, and anxiety. I tailor my approach to each individual and use integrative therapeutic techniques focused on the individual, with a focus on the therapy relationship while building skills including cognitive behavioral techniques, relaxation training, and biofeedback.
