Do You Struggle with Recurring Depression, Anxiety, Panic?
Tired of Just "Talking About It" in Other Therapies?
“Do you struggle with recurring depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and/or phobias that stop you from living a full life? Tired of just "talking about it" in other therapies but still ending up feeling bad? Then you may want to explore the possibilities of COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT). We realize that you are most interested in getting faster relief from pain and distress, and, in learning the skills to relieve symptoms now and minimize the chance to also aid in managing them in the future. This is the work and goal of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

You are most interested in getting faster relief from your pain and distress, and, in learning new behaviors to minimize the chance of the distress coming back. With CBT, these results are possible. If you would like to discuss your issues with me by phone, please contact me.

Specialization: Chronic depressions, anxiety, phobias, worries, and fears.”
As a psychologist with over 25 years experience, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients who have struggled with various levels of mental and physical challenges. In working with these clients, I have learned that certain psychotherapeutic techniques may indeed help the client feel "nurtured" and "heard" but that these techniques did not lead to an actual change in behavior and long standing change in how the client feels and thinks. I subsequently sought two additional years of training to learn the field of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - a clinically and research proven breakthrough in mental health care. And, I am so glad that I did as I see many more examples of positive results in working with clients then I ever did before in using more traditional forms of therapy.
