My work focuses on reconnecting you with what's real and important in your life. When you seem at a loss because you feel disconnected from those around you (spouse, partner, children, friends and family) - I will work with you on finding the root to this distancing. Whether we explore past or recent trauma, family dynamics or address changes in your overall mood, I will provide you with an environment that is safe, secure and comfortable.

I help individuals and couples re-build and strengthen their core. Whether struggling with finding the right relationship or keeping your current one fresh, the initial work needs to be about heightening your self-awareness and finding the tools that will make you a more genuine and attuned being.
