Identify and heal the root cause of your pain.
Go With the Flow
I’m Jenna Silver, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified in Dry Needling (Cert DN) and specializing in Pelvic Floor Therapy. I’m so honored you’re considering me for your journey to physical wellness.

I believe in a holistic approach to treatment, looking at the complete picture of your health to tailor a unique treatment plan that addresses your specific needs. I work closely with every patient, providing a supportive and welcoming environment that facilitates healing and wellness.

A Focus on Women’s Health
My passion for physical therapy intersects profoundly with my dedication to women’s health. I understand the unique physical challenges that women face throughout different phases of life, from young adulthood to pregnancy and menopause. Pelvic Floor Therapy isn’t just a specialization—it’s a mission for me to empower women to regain control over their bodies and, by extension, their lives.

Dry Needling (Cert DN) is another therapy I offer, which is an excellent adjunct to traditional physical therapy methods. This specialized technique has proven to be incredibly effective in relieving muscle tension and pain, leading to faster healing and improved function. If you’re struggling with chronic pain or acute muscle issues, Dry Needling may be a suitable therapy for you.

When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and practicing yoga. I also love to read up on the latest research in physical therapy and women’s health to bring the most current and effective treatment options to my patients.

Ready to make a change in your life? Whether you’re dealing with pelvic floor issues, muscle pain, or just looking to enhance your physical wellness, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Education/Training
I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a program that provided me with a strong foundation in patient-centered care. Throughout my academic journey, I felt a strong calling towards specialized care that addresses specific needs. This led me to earn certifications in Pelvic Floor Therapy and Dry Needling.
