Orthopedic and Sports Massage Therapy
Therapies in Combination with Functional Exercises
Impaired range of motion is probably the single most important restriction to athletic performance. This is the basis of my work as an Orthopedic/Sports Massage Therapist. Sport specific massage treatments in combination with related Manual Therapies will improve performance. Athletes whether amateur/recreational or professional/elite will, from repetative use and injury, become more restricted, loose range of motion, and fall victim to their sport. The athlete can be healthier and more durable where in addition to medical, rehabilitation, and training, access to movement therapy specialists is also available.
