As the founder and owner of Growth and Healing Wellness Center, I am very proud to have a team of experts that offer an array of services for many issues. We differ from other practices by using a holistic approach. We work on the mind, body, and spirit - helping you identify core issues and work through them.
When people continue to work on the same issues over and over, it's because the core issues haven't been addressed, so those issues reoccur in different ways. People may think they've worked through the particular issue, but it just disguises itself as something else. How we know this, is the feelings inside are STILL uncomfortable...maybe even painful.

I have been practicing for over 16 years in the field of Psychotherapy and I feel my passion to help people grow and heal increases every day. I love what I do because I assist people in finding their own answers inside, even when they believe there is no answer. I see the strength within each person and draw on that to help them grow, whether it's a child or an adult.
