Are you feeling confused? Unfulfilled? Not sure where to turn? It might be time to ask for help. In my practice each person is a unique individual, and believe we each need this validation for there to be growth and development. As a Creative Arts Psychotherapist, Psychoanalyst, and Clinical Social Worker, and EMDR practitioner, my aim is to meet your needs using whichever approach is most effective. Art making is always an option, but not necessary, as verbal timing is also an integral part of the healing process.
I work with individuals, couples, and families. Often feelings of discontent stem from unrealized overwhelming experiences, past or present. In session we explore these areas, and discover what is most relevant for you. My specialization is in relational attachment, creative blocks, and trauma. Modalities include art therapy, talk therapy, and EMDR.
The services I offer are provided in a safe, comfortable environment, where we can focus on your needs and concerns. My approach is an eclectic client oriented one grounded in psychodynamic psychoanalytic theory and influenced by the creative process and human development.
