Sea Change
Sexuality Education and Counseling Services
At Sea Change Holistic Wellness Center we encourage ourselves, our community and our families to create transformations as vast as the sea - through open, honest and sex-positive health education.

Sexuality Education and Counseling Services (SECS) can help you reach your full potential and offers the essentials for every age and stage of life.

Providing individual, couples and family counseling for all ages and abilities, I can help you to engage your personal strengths and utilize a truly holistic approach to bring the body, mind and spirit into balance. While I am a general practitioner, with a diverse practice, I specialize in sexual and reproductive health. I also know how busy life can be, which is why I will work with you to find a mutually agreeable time to either meet in person, whether in my office or for a walk, via skype or over the phone.

Ultimately, our work together will instill a sense of empowerment that is needed to make healthy life decisions and embrace sexuality as something that is valued, respected and celebrated.

No matter the challenge, having the information and support that you need enables YOU to make the best choices about the direction of your counseling experience and your life. The benefit of awareness and self-discovery empowers you to transform obstacles to optimum health and happiness.
