I rely on an integrated approach to psychotherapeutic treatment, facilitated within a holistic and healing environment. I utilize a combination of theoretical orientations and methodologies in order to arrive at a place of self discovery and healing.
I utilize the transformative qualities of Hypnosis, Dream-Work and Stress-Management techniques, so clients can find clarity and resolutions to inner conflicts, facilitating meaning and integration.
I use different approaches in the field of energetic work, such as Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Energetic Body awareness, and other energy psychology approaches, to increase awareness of our own inherent but often dormant healing capabilities.

I'm a licensed psychotherapist with masters in sociology and mental health counseling and over 10 years of experience in the field. I also practice hypnotheraphy and I'm a master level reiki practitioner. I have extensive training in all areas of counseling specializing with adults, couples and adolescents with a wide range of problems and difficulties in functioning.
