Dr. Dolinsky specializes in active, goal directed, short-term psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, couples and families.

Bio
Dr. Gary Dolinsky is a clinical psychologist who has over 30 years experience specializing in mind-body health and wellness approaches. This includes treating individuals with a variety of presenting problems.
These include: Anxiety Disorders including OCD, Stress-Related Disorders, Psychological Management of
Chronic Pain/Illness and Mood Disorders.
He has also conducted organizational consultations to schools, municipal departments, private businesses and health service programs in California, New York & Massachusetts. Dr. Dolinsky has consulted with business leaders, managers and employees in these various corporations: Verizon, Siemens Corporation, Digital, American Red Cross, IBM, U.S. Air, Hewlett Packard, Danvers Bank and Fleet Bank.
Dr. Dolinsky has also served as a consultant to the U.S. Postal Service performing evaluations and providing information on employee stress and workplace difficulties. He has led numerous workshops on Stress and Stress Management in the Greater Boston Area.
Dr. Dolinsky has lectured on behavioral therapy and health psychology. He received his doctorate in clinical psychology at Alliant University/California School of Professional Psychology and completed his internship training at the U.C. Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA.
Dr. Dolinsky is a former Harvard Medical School Fellow and completed a 2 year Advanced Fellowship in Behavioral Medicine at the Cambridge Hospital in 1997.
He also completed advanced training in Cognitive-Behavioral therapy in 1990 at the former Boston Institue of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies.
