Bio

I specialize in working with identity, divorce, depression, and anxiety issues among children, adolescents, and adults. Prior to working as a therapist, I was a social worker at an alternative high school. I developed and implemented therapeutic groups and advocated for students with emotional disabilities.
I believe everyone is unique. It's because of this that I have adopted an eclectic therapeutic style. I use of variety of techniques from different evidence based methods. By adopting techniques from these various methods, I'm able to customize each intervention so it can as effective as possible for the client.
