Jill Copeland, LMT, NMT
Jill strives to treat each client comprehensively with a whole body/whole life approach. She seeks and treats the true root of dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms. Her touch has been described as strong yet gentle and intuitive. Her training in multiple therapies allows for treatment of each client's individual needs, as we are all unique. She spends time exploring client postures and habits that may lead to dysfunction, and sends clients home with exercises, stretches, and other self-treatment options.
Education/Training
Jill received certification in Clinical Massage Therapy and Neuromuscular Therapy at Red Mountain Institute. Through continuing education she has trained in Visceral Manipulation, CranioSacral Therapy, Reflexology, and Lymph Drainage Therapy.
Bio
After completing 720 hours at Red Mountain Institute, Jill moved to Vail, Colorado where she worked with many athletes and accidents victims. She gained experience working in spas, chirpractor offices, and running her own business.
