I have extensive training and experience assisting others to resolve their presenting issues and it is likely that I have been successful in resolving similar issues with other clients whom I have been fortunate to serve.

I am a Board certified Christian Counselor and can provide a Christian based counseling program if you so desire.

I was born in New York City and have traveled the world as the son of an Army officer. I spent my adolescent years in Georgia and completed high school there. I worked in clerical jobs before attending college. I served in the Army Reserve for six years with an Honorable Discharge. I relocated to Texas due to a construction job that I was working on and remained here while attending school and working. I have worked hard to get to where I am and am grateful for all the blessings that I have received. I continue to learn and grow. I continually attend continuing education programs and learn new concepts and skills to use in my practice.

I have worked in inpatient hospital settings, residential settings, day hospital settings and outpatient settings. This wealth of experience has taught me about the entire gamut of treatment services and assisted me to learn what people need in each setting. I have owned my own private practice since 1987.

My faith is very important to me and I reguarly worship and practice by spiritual beliefs. I believe that spirituality is a very private matter that is between the individual and their Higher Power. I am respectful of all faiths and beliefs.
