I provide specialized services to issues faced by young professionals (age 20s to 30s), exploring areas such as personal growth, identity, individuation, improving relationships, or LGBT issues. My other specialty is in multicultural area: minority issues, Asian American issues, immigrant issues, inter-generational conflicts, or intercultural relationships. I also help with concerns of depression, anxiety, stress, transitions, grief or trauma.
My style is empathic, warm, respectful and non-judgmental, and I am committed to providing a safe space for our work. I will work with you from where you are, and help you gain awareness through exploring your feelings, thoughts, body sensations, experience, your relationship with self and with others.

I also believe that each of us has inner wisdom and strengths to help us get through difficult times. I will support you by being a companion in your journey of self growth. I will help you bring forth the resourceful, powerful, authentic, and wise parts of you which will guide you to a more fulfilled life.

I am licensed marriage and family therapist (MFT), and I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. I was trained in the first East and West Psychology program in United States (California Institute of Integral Studies). In my practice, I incorporate Eastern Wisdom and Mindfulness with Western Psychotherapy practice when it is appropriate.
