I like to provide a focused massage.

Relaxing as well as therapeutic~ I do specific work integrating different types of massage techniques, such as hot stones, trigger point, stretching….each massage depends on what's going on with you.

The body, spirit, mind and nervous system are one and the same.
I respect that and try to be present and mindful of each individuals unique needs on any given day.
