Integrative Therapy Of Greater Washington
I have experience working with a variety of areas of concern including reproductive challenges (infertility, pregnancy loss, and post-partum issues) depression, anxiety, self image, body image, as well as many others. I have extensive experience working with both adolescents and adults. I view effective therapy as a collaborative effort and continually seek out feedback as to how treatment is progressing. Since I believe that there is a strong connection between body and mind, I incorporate mind/body integration techniques, such as yoga and relaxation, which can relieve stress, anxiety and numerous other issues.
At Integrative Therapy of Greater Washington, our clinicians work with all ages: from infants to grandparents. Our talented team can help with most any problem. We offer individual, couples, and family counseling; group therapy; and psychoeducational assessment.

Bio
I received my doctoral degree from The George Washington University. My main focus in my practice is life transitions, particularly those around Reproduction.I am also interested in how we develop and change our identities over our lifespan. I have received several years of training in infertility and pregnancy loss and is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Maryland Psychological Association, and the American Psychological Association.
