Evolution Physical therapy is a brand new, state of the art physical therapy clinic in the mid-town Manhattan area. We are committed to high quality patient care and believe in spending as much time with each patient as necessary. We are a progressive practice participating in the latest continuing education and research, priding ourselves in treating conditions efficiently. | Krista received her undergraduate education at St. Thomas Aquinas College. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. She has taken continuing education focusing on manual therapy, trigger point, myofascial release, muscle energy technique, neurofascial mobilization and vestibular rehabilitation. |

| Krista is the co-owner of Evolution Physical Therapy, P.C. She has a Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy and holds her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Krista has a strong athletic background and enjoys working with sports-related injuries. She also has experience treating the pediatric population especially developmental conditions such as torticollis. Dr. Fay puts a strong emphasis on one-on-one quality physical therapy treatment sessions. She works tirelessly to improve each of her patient's quality of life through exercise, education, and manual treatment. Krista has strong managerial skills which she gained while being the clinical director at her previous clinic. |
